At Ulysunie, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality sports equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
Returns
Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items marked as non-returnable.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
Items not in their original packaging.
Items that are not returned within 30 days of purchase
Swimwear and undergarments due to hygiene reasons.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact us at info@ulysunie.com with your order number and a reason for the return.
Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Ensure you package the item securely to prevent damage during transit and include the RAN on the outside of your package.
Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item does not meet the complete return criteria. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Exchanges
Availability: We offer exchanges for the same product if it’s defective or if you receive the wrong item. Exchanges are also subject to availability.
Process: Please follow the return process as stated above, then clearly indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility, we will ship the exchanged item (subject to availability).
Defective Items
Reporting: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ulysunie.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs if possible.
Resolution: We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. This may include offering a replacement item, a repair, or a full refund.
Return Shipping: If we require you to return the defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Damaged in Transit
Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packaging immediately for any visible signs of damage. If damage is observed, please notify the courier at the point of delivery.
Reporting: If the product is damaged due to transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@ulysunie.com with your order number and photographic proof of both the damaged shipping packaging and the damaged item.
Resolution: We will work with the shipping carrier to address the damage claim. Depending on the damage, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund.
